Head and shoulders

vav - u - before a shwa
ve before most things / means change notes - in this case Hebrew is more verbose than English - at least to syllable counting.
head /and /shoul/ders
rosh /u/kete/phaim
knees /and /toes (3x)
birkayim/ ve-/etsba`ot
eyes / ears / mouth / and nose
`eyinim / aznayim / pe /ve-aph
